We shop there every Saturday morning when it's quiet. There is an excellent variety of food, including international, at extremely reasonable prices. The only thing which is sometimes lacking is the selection of fresh meat - they don't stock lamb and no 'proper' steaks like sirloin, filet mignon or T-bone if you fancy making a nice meal at home. The only other thing which doesn't have a very big selection is the toiletries section, but then there is a Shoppers in the same shopping mall anyway.
