  I have been going to the Pet Valu at this location for years (at least once a month for food & supplies), and it has always been a nice expierence, the employee's are very kind, informative, and know what they're doing. But today was different. An old lady walks up and asked to help, I accepted and asked for help with fitting my pup into a harness. Out of no where this lady starts asking very personal questions about my puppy and how I train her. I ask her again just about the harness and she continues to push in asking questions that she has no buisness to ask. My pup then becomes a little fussy (as pups do) and I tell my pup, "no", and get her to sit with my hand on her lower back. The lady then emplies that isn't the proper way to get a dog to sit, and if I can't handle my 3 month old pup, she (my pup) should go to classes. Not to mention she had no information on dog food nutional information, nor knew how to do my pups dog tag last month.... This old lady has ruined my expierence at this location which is sad, because it use to be such a joy stoppping in.
