  I usually have a great experience at this pet valu, but unfortunately my husband and I had a terrible experience with one of the staff members yesterday. Perhaps she's new but the staff member Yvonne was extremely rude, annoying and unpleasant on our last visit. We visited pet valu to pick up some dog food for our dog, she asked us if we needed help and we clearly said no. However she persisted to hover over us as we searched and was extremely judgemental when we explained to her that we had our dog on a raw food diet prior. We left the store not wanting to buy any merchandise because of her and drove to the next pet valu on port union where the staff was more pleasant and less pushy.
