I went to this location from dt (!) to buy balloons for my bf’s birthday and guess what? One of them wasn’t properly tied and apparently got lost on the way; the other two instantly bursted a second I came home!!! Customer service wasn’t helpful on the phone. Problem is unsolved and I’m very disappointed.
