  Terrible customer service. Bought a mattress two weeks ago, they delivered the wrong one. They agreed to change it for the right one, two weeks go by still no communication from them. Two weeks go by, I go to their store and was told "your mattress will be delivered tomorrow, 100%".... That was yesterday, called them today at 5 as I requested a delivery window of 5-7pm, I was told my mattress is on the truck and the driver will be here in 10mins. 4hrs go by and I'm now sitting in their store writing this review while they tell me the mattress is on the truck and on the way to my house. while this is happening my wife gets a call, they have the wrong mattress on the truck. I ordered a queen and they have a king. So I'm not getting my bed tonight, "100%". Do yourself a favour, save yourself the time, frustration and lies. Buy from ANYWHERE but here. Update: I ended up having my mattress delivered by the Paramount from Keele a week after the initial post of this review. Spoke with the owner of the chain who works out of the Keele location: Staff at the Scarborough location wrongfully accused me of swearing at them. While my experience was frustrating and not handled professionally with their employees at their Scarborough location, I have never said an offensive word to them. In my humble opinion the owners of this chain should replace the staff with some more competent and willing to work. The current staff seems to be on cellphones a lot. I sincerely hope people find better stores out there.

  Con-Artists - Buyer BEWARE! I ordered a couch on November 11 and provided a $500 deposit and was promised a delivery date of December 2nd. On December 1st I received a message that they would be delivering the couch the next week. Another call was received the following week saying the couch would be delivered on December 19th. After that phone call - no further follow up was received by Paramount Furniture I called them several times and each time received the runaround about delivery and the manufacturing of the couch. Since then, I have had to file a dispute with my credit card company for non-delivery of the item. It's probably for the best since many reviews note their product's are poor quality and having them warranty items would likely be non-existent.
