  I brought my turntable in and asked the owner of the shop to look at it. He was very insulting and rude while I asked him questions, at one point mocking a punch to my face (I guess because I asked one too many questions). I’ve never experienced anything like this as a customer before. The shop looks like an episode of hoarders, just piles of stuff everywhere, rather than an organized shop or store. I was given a “receipt” by the shop owner for my turntable repairs which states that “if you leave your stereo equipment for more than 30 days we will sell it”. So he quotes me “at least 10-15 days” for repairs, and then 2 weeks after that it’s his? What if I happen to be away? What legitimate business steals from their customers? Stay VERY FAR AWAY from this place. I will never step back in there again.
