  Great for those who live in the neighborhood. Quick food options and the best stores are the 2 forms of dollarstores, payless, food options and the small businesses. Now opening an Asian supermarket. Lot's of parking with post office and convenience store in the back. There's also a gym up front.

  I have went to Malvern Mall literally over a thousand times, since I lived in Malvern from 2003 to 2012. Back in those days, Malvern Mall was not too bad, but slowly over the years it's gotten quite poor. They have crappy, discount stores, they took all the good stores out like Shoppers Drugs Mart and No Frills, which was an idiotic move, in my opinion. I suppose it's a good place, if you want cheap merchandise. Since the mall is situated around many public/catholic elementary schools and high schools, you will often times found a huge number of youth there, especially during the lunch hour, and around 3pm. A lot of people do not like this, but this is unavoidable. It's the perfect hub for youth to go with their friends, and grab a bite to eat or hang out.
