  This applies to all Long Tall Sally clothes and stores and online. The quality has gone way down hill. The fabrics are thin, wear easily, fade, tear, and threads come loose at the drop of the hat. Customer service is not helpful in replacing or repairing these items. I bought a lovely sheer top with liner and it was unwearable after 2 outings. I bought a matching pants and jacket suit that I had to take to the tailor to resew because each hem and closure unravelled. A knit sweater I bought developed holes around the cuffs and armpits after a few weeks. I have so many examples. A pair of boots where the heel peeled off the side. Another pair of shoes where the leather wrap across the top unravelled. I work in a corporate office and I wash my or dry clean my clothes as instructed. Such a waste of money. It is heartbreaking. The clothes and shoes used to be fantastic.
