  Had a great experience here in February 2017 with Ben and the manager Tiffany who sold me two pairs of glasses. Really professional and informative about the important features on the lenses I should get. Came here again this year and used up the warranty I purchased and still had an amazing experience with them as well with Rozana who sold my mom a pair of glasses as they were really friendly and patient. Only issue I had was the policy where the updated prescription was not usable on the new pairs of glasses when I used my warranty, and the communication on the phone for checking to see if the glasses were ready. We were told we will be called back, in most cases we did not receive a call back - but it is understandable because places can get busy at times. I will come back here though as their selection is nice and the team is nice!

  Yes, like many other reviewers below me, I had my share of bad experiences with this location over the past 2 years but.....there is hope. And that hope comes in the name of new store manager Moe Ramzy who will go the extra mile to make sure that the customer is happy and satisfied with their purchase. He has infected all of his staff with his extraordinary customer service skills - more than ever, I can totally sense the difference in this location's staff...they are more attentive and responsive to all of your concerns and issues. I am extremely confident that things will get better and better at this location under this new manager's supervision. Keep up the good work guys!!

  I went in to get some glasses. But for some weird reason the lady in charge kept telling me she would help me next, however she would help all the customers that arrived well after me. She told the other employee not to help me and focus on the other customers. After waiting for 2 hours and 34 minutes I left. I think I was ignored because I am mentally ill. This was the first time experiencing such terrible service at glasses store. The Optometrist and technicians in the back were good though. Sales staff are terrible.

  we have bad experience they called us to make appointment. were suppose to wait for 2 years to be covered by my insurance they called us and charge the money when I submit my claim was declined I did ask them 2-3 times if its already 2 years they say yes. make sure all write your day when you visit them if your going there.
