  I feel like the Koodo kiosk is merely here to advertise for Virgin. I came here orig to activate a plan and the one guy who was here was nice enough but moved not even as fast as my grandma okay.. Meanwhile Virgin had made it through a few customers and then some. So out of curiosity I went to go check out their plans just to compare and the girl staffed there was so helpful she sold me up a cell and a home internet plan.

  Decided to switch to Koodo, and the guy who assisted me named Zev was incredible! He was very helpful and he knows his phones for sure. He helped me pick the best plan for me and told me about the latest promotions. Excellent customer service
