Reviews about Junction Craft Brewing
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆2020-06-01, by James TrekRecently had the opportunity to be part of Brew Tours an introduction into the craft brewing industry around Toronto. Junction Craft Brewery, a craft or microbrewery offer much more than the huge multinational brewers can. The diversity in their beers, by flavour, or aroma, some golden coloured beers , some black and dark rich in coffee or caramel taste. Visiting the brewery allows patrons to sample and enjoy the “brews” offered. The diversity in beers being produced are attracting new converts to enjoying beer. Restrictions by the two main distribution channels within Ontario make it next to impossible to broaden their market but providing tours bring (new) potential consumers showing them the uniqueness and distinctiveness of their brews. Some of the “brews” are seasonal and “small run batches” only available from the Junction Craft Brewery. Soon to be moving to a much needed large production facility.
