  May 28 about 11am I had been looking for a Jacket and slacks in some other higher end stores and found their CSR to be lacking. When I met Maria S. at The Bay I was so impressed with how professional, courteous, and very helpful she was. Even though she was busy with at least 3 other customers she kept returning to ensure I was able to make my purchase. Great multitasking. I would never have purchased a suite from The Bay before, but now I intend to go here first. I will also now check here for other products.
