  The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Dryer was suppose to be delivered Wednesday. Get a call saying the truck “broke down” and will deliver the next day. The next day they do deliver BUT as they were installing they broke a part and and couldn’t finish the install. Being fusterated I asked if they could wait 5 mins and I’ll drive to Home Depot and BUY the part ( I live across the street from Home Depot). The delivery men or should I say boys at this point, started yelling and having a meltdown. As I asked them to relax as my father is very very sick (cancer and dying) they said that’s life everyone is sick these days. After that comment I needed them out of my house before I lost it. I then got a call saying they would come the next day to install. The next day at 10:15am I get a call asking if they are buying the part or if I’m buying the part?!?!? I say they as they broke it. They said ok we are on our way. It’s now 3:33pm and still no one has shown up. I call to see if someone is coming today or not. And guess what... I get told that the installer guy called and got the answering machine.

  Anne and Dustin could teach a seminar on customer service. I went to the Curity Ave. location today to buy a drill. The item was out of stock. Anne searched the inventory of all of the stores in the GTA. Proceeded to call them and locate the item (even asked for them to pull it off the floor and hold it for me). This was taking some time so she told me I could leave and she would contact me directly with the location. An hour later she called and told me where to pick my drill up. As for Dustin... I will quote a friend of mine who has been in the painting business for 20 years... "when I have a question or need to figure out a solution... I go to see Dustin and get his advice and opinion." This pretty much sums it up.
