Made an 11am appointment for an oil change a few days prior. When I arrived I was told they were too busy and they could see me at 1:30pm. Ended up having to leave and return. Took 1hr 45min to get the service done. Would have appreciated a call before 11am as I could have changed my time on the phone versus driving down and and having to leave. Staff were polite but I’ll probably go somewhere else next time.
