  Flowers were ordered and asked to be delivered to the recipients door. Instead they dropped it off at the rental office of the building. No effort was even made to call the recipient to notify them they were left there. Payed for a service that I didnnt even get. Also, Ordered the large package of chocolates the staff on the phone didn’t clarify that they were dark chocolates instead she packed what she believed would be good or whatever they had leftover on hand. Payed for service which was poor! I was lucky that the recipient recieved the flowers and chocolates. But how disappointing. Next time, state that you cannot deliver flowers directly, and offer choice or say something along the lines of “we only have dark chocolate, is that okay with you” So disappointed that after reading great reviews this place turned out to be horrible! What a waste of money and time.

  Ordered flowers from here to deliever to my mom for her birthday. I called late afternoon hoping they could get them to her workplace before she left. They were able to deliver and my mom was overwhelmed to the point of tears. This is my first experience with Helen Blakey Flowers and their service, warmth and care are exceptional. Highest recommendations!
