  I found what I was looking for, but I'd like to echo the sentiments that some other reviewers have shared, which is that I wasn't really acknowledged by the staff. There must have been about 5 people working (in a store that is basically the size of a large bedroom) but only one bothered to break away from conversation to greet me. I'm guessing that she only did so because I was standing there waiting for her to acknowledge that I was there.

  A little disappointed from the last visit. I expected same excellent customer service I experienced at Vancouver location, but I was barely noticed, or attended to. I went all the way down and out of the way, just to visit this store because I loved quality of the products at Goorins... but no help at all for 15 min or more, me being active trying hats in tiny shop...? I Perhaps it was just bad day and time, but i wasn't too impressed.

  Great little hat shop on Queen (both men's and lady's hats). The two young ladies working the day I was there were very friendly and knowledgeable. Good selection of styles and colours. I was specifically looking for a good quality fedora in a non traditional hue. I ended up buying two. My salesperson picked out some lovely feathers as well. Since I live on the other side of the country from Toronto, I requested that they ship my hats. No problem and as a "Boxing Day" special, provided free shipping. Since my city no longer has a men's milliner, I'll come back this way more often!
