These guys are crooks. Went to get a replacement SIM and they told me it was $25! Even after I spoke with customer service and was told that a lost phone SIM replacement AT ANY LOCATION should be $10. He refused to believe me and told me that he is a dealership and sets his own prices and to go to a corporate store if I wanted a SIM card for $10. Avoid these guys, go to the big 3 telecoms, you will see the service difference!

I'm updating my review and adding one star to this place because of the great experience I had today. I went to buy my mother a cellphone and they gave me the latest phone on an amazing deal that I wasn't even aware it exists, saving a lot of money on the best plan for my mother. I love this and therefor, I'm going to recommend this location especially for Hedi's great service. She's amazing person and helps you.
