  I had high expectations for the framing, but the end product did not live up. What I received was not entirely what I asked for (the border around the frame was not there), and the price was not reduced as a result. Lifting up the frame and looking at it, I could not tell the difference between a self bought/built frame and the one I have in front of me. Disappointing to say the least as this was supposed to be a meaningful, sentimental piece in our new home.

  Great job on short deadline. I had 3 scrolls and a 50 piece coin collection that I wanted framed for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. I received experienced advice on frame and mat selections. We also spent time discussing a somewhat complicated set up I had in mind for the coins. I was offered up some alternatives to reduce cost and time. The owner and his staff were very attentive and took care to answer all questions I had and offer pro tips (in the end I decided to mount the coins myself on backing they provided, but they provided advice that made the work go faster than if I had to figure it out on my own). The shop is not as big and gallery-like as some other places, but the service is great and the prices were right!
