  Went there this morning to buy a cake for my daughter. Selection wasn't that great, but I found a pretty looking one. I stood there for 5 minutes. I thought that after finishing with another customer the sales rep would help me. She went about her business. I spoke to her 3 times and the last one I had to raise my voice and ask if she could help me. She was very rude as if I was interrupting her. The store has a huge assortment of products. Which is awesome. However some of their personnel could use a reminder of how to interact with customers.
