I absolutely hate this store. I'm looking for 1 coat for my mother, none of them can help me, and none of them will ask other stores to help me. The staff are useless and I will never step foot in another forever 21 again unless I have too. I am very unsatisfied with every aspect of this store and you really need to do some better training with the people you hire. I hate you all!!! Sincerely, a son who just wanted to get a gift for his mum.
