  My wife and I signed up for a raffle (to "win" an opportunity to purchase a pair of shoes) at Sherway Footlocker. She was called by this Footlocker today. Unfortunately, she works at one of the busiest emergency departments in Canada and could not answer the phone during her shift (since she is literally busy saving lives). When she was finally able to call them back, she was informed that she lost her raffle because she didn't answer the phone. I wish one of the employees had told us that we need to have our phones with us at all times and drop what we are doing in case we get called. My wife could care less about the shoes I want to buy. She was just being a good sport to help me out. She was actually disappointed in Footlocker's business practices and the apathetic worker on the phone though. Oh well. Life goes on. Saltiness aside, this store is kept pretty clean and the stock is decent. The customer service is inconsistent. I've had some exceptional service in the past. The last few times I was there however, the employees were standing around talking to each other and using Snapchat.
