  I am completely enamoured by every aspect of this bridal shop. Client care, vast array of choices, BEAUTIFUL aesthetics.. They supersede the bar! I was helped by Ursula, Joanna and Tanisha during my appointment. I strolled in casually hoping to try on a few dresses and get a feel for what style suits me best. The dress I wanted was out of the ordinary and I was scared I wouldn't find what I envisioned. I communicated my vision to Ursula and she knew EXACTLY what dresses to pull. Not only did the store have what would make my dream come to life, but it also looked great! They accommodated my family and did their best to make our experience relaxing, fun and productive. As a newly engaged bride, I understand the pressure that comes when interacting with pushy vendors, or bridal stores looking to get maximum profit from you without any consideration for you or your budget. There is a huge difference between staff who need to complete tasks and a team of people passionate about the industry they work in. The team at Ferre Sposa are the latter. From the co-workers to top level management - they ALL exude love and passion for what they do. Because of this, I cancelled all my other appointments and decided to get my dress from them. Yes, first appointment, 3rd dress I tried on. I un-regrettably committed. Thank you Jennifer, Ursula and Tanisha for your willingness to make this experience unforgettable! 100% would recommend this store to any new bride. I can't wait to wear my dress!
