  I've been to many tile stores in my life having done several large renovations. I'm currently renovating 2 bathrooms and was in a rush to file tile. TBH, Dufferin Tile was the only tile place open on a Friday night so I gave it a try. It's conveniently located right off the 407 (at Highway 27). What a great experience! Not only are they ALWAYS open, but they have a large selection of all types of tiles which are displayed well and priced very, very competitively (cash and carry). I picked all tiles for one bathroom on the Friday night and returned the next morning to pick tiles for the second bathroom (and to give my brain a rest). I received AMAZING service from Maritza on the Saturday morning who guided me to different tiles and patiently tried to help me choose tile for the bathroom floor, shower wall and shower floor. Overall this was a great shopping experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

  Sales staff is a walking corps (tall one with the big lazy behind) she is a mute. Working like she is doing everyone a favor(Spanish boss Mario's daughter). Big fat attitude. Didn't recocommend a good grout. She knew I was going to run into problem. Product name is pro grout based in Montreal. Mario finally agreed to swap the unused grout, not the used one which caused 200$ In damages. He took the unused grout and gave me 3$ off on the new one I purchased. No refund or exchange policy in full effect. Basically lost twice. bottom line is they don't care. Once they have your money. It's bait and hook. Do not use pro grout, it's worst than dry wall plaster!
