  I have owned many cars over the years and dealt with many different garages and dealers, but Downtown Toyota stands out front and centre as the best! I actually live on the West End, but I purposefully drive out to the East end just for their service. They always take the time to listen and go out of their way to make a solid diagnosis before jumping into unnecessary, costly repairs. I've been having ongoing issues with my current car's power lock system, and because of time/location I went to other Toyota dealers, but today I decided to return to Downtown Toyota out of frustration, and sure enough, they once again rose to the top! When the front desk recognized my frustration, they had me speak directly with the Shop Foreman (Annand Singh). He was calm and patient and treated me with respect. He genuinely listened to my concerns and even volunteered to go on a test drive with me and sure enough, he successfully diagnosed and repaired the issue and even insisted he go on another test drive with me afterwards to make sure the problem was resolved - which it was! I have been reminded that they are worth the extra kilometers, and I will be trusting them alone with all of my future car repairs. They are worth it! Thank you again Downtown Toyota for respecting my time and money and not making me feel like a dumb girl (a serious pet peeve of mine at many garages). I am now a confirmed Downtown Toyota lifer!

  My experience with Downtown Toyota was back in March 2017 when I was looking to purchase a new car. Alex Wang was very professional yet personable at the same time. He answered all my questions and concerns and recommended me models based on my specifications and needs, which required a lot of patience (kudos to you, Alex)! At last I bought the Camry 2017. Thank you Alex to help me to choose the right car and I am very satisfied. Fast forward when I brought my car in for service, my service with Downtown Toyota has been nothing short of amazing. In terms of car maintenance, Alex is also very knowledgeable and he has given me a lot of good suggestions and advice. Thank you again Alex.
