  There are so many things that this dealership did to help us. First off I started looking for a minivan a year ago and then had to postpone to purchase. A year later, Jacob knew exactly who we were and was so willing to help. They found a way to get us the new van in 2 weeks rather than 2 months. This was not a typical purchase. We had a trade in to deal with. When we weren't happy with the trade in price Jacob and Derek sat with us as we called dealers for the car we were trading in to try to get a higher price. Then they waited while we went to that dealer to complete that sale. When the other dealer started to apply the pressure that's associated with dealers Jacob and Derek were so eager to make things positive that they matched the other dealer's sale price. Then they gave us a great deal on the rust proofing. When the car came in they even washed it for us. This was a solid positive, professional experience from start to end. Thank you so much!!!
