  New yrs eve, store crowded, express lane staffed by an appallingly rude cashier who could not get a single produce code correctly entered. As a result, express was SLOWEST lane. Cashier shouted at customers in the queue. I spoke to the manager who immediately told me I was unfair while we watched the terrible cashier in action. Then manager said she did not want to shout at cashier. Not sure why manager would need to shout at anyone. Then manager said i was being ageist. Age had not been mentioned and I believe i am much older than cashier. ‘Manager’ had NO management skills and completely lacked customer service skills. Would NOT recommend this store for service. In terms of fresh or packaged groceries, quality and selection are POOR. Recommend store on Wilson at Bathurst for good service, quality and selection.
