It would be more convenient if they had more stock or less waiting time to receive - then I would shop a lot more. Other than that, they are very friendly, helpful , and a nice place for quality pieces for the home.

They have discount section upstairs where you can get fairly large rugs at discounted prices because they have been used for display and will definitely need to be professionally cleaned.
