  I have decided to write a review. I don't normally do this. But I am a long time customer there. Always have my car serviced. Always have an excellent job done, and get great customer service. My issue is always seeing people write negative reviews, the first things is I have witnessed on many occasions the abuse the front counter staff gets, from customers that have nothing better to do then try and get something for free. And the staff in the shop who bend over back wards to make sure your vehicle is properly taken care of, never once have I seen Them thanked. There is a lady in the front counter who has been there for a while, she has been absolutely amazing to deal with. I am glad she is still there, she is a very hard worker and deserves some credit. But disgusted no one takes the time to write good experiences, always negative. It is truly sad to see the length people go to.
