  AVOID this store at all costs. So you think you may save a buck by buying something refurbished, well think again. I both a Canon inkjet printer for 99$ (including 1 cartridge which I did not have to buy as there was a cartridge included, but the 'helpful' sales guy forgot to tell me). So on coming home I am trying to put the cartridge in the printer; which did not work as there was a piece missing.The cartridge must be placed in a removable bay which you then slide into the slot. And that removable bay was not there anymore. So I go back and tell them that they just (1 hour ago) sold me an incomplete printer which is unworkable. Their answer was flabbergasting - to put it mildly - all sales are final and I need to contact Canon directly to get that missing part!!! So a cheep printer??? Think again. Utter, utter, utter rip off. PLEASE AVOID STORES LIKES THESE AT ALL COSTS

  Great selection of products. Prices have gone up recently though. Staff is rude and unhelpful. They only want your money. Don't expect any answers to your questions. Best advice is to shop online on their website and go there just to pick up what you need. Know what you want before going in the store. Otherwise they will try to upsell you on everything.
