  If you want to check mattresses here, dont bother. Rolled in one friday morning looking for a firmer mattress, this Sales Associate Adrian basically told us “the floor” is the one we’re looking for. No wonder this place is a 2.0 star, if I can give a no star rating I will. Do yourself a favor lots or mattress places along Kennedy Road in Scarborough and dont give this place a chance. Waste of time, good job The Brick!

  I will keep this short. I do not understand how the Brick is still in business with such terrible customer service. I was promised something by Shane (one of the managers) and now Craig (an associate) tells me he doesn't need to fulfill the promise. What happen to good old customer service. I have been trying to get my dinning table from the brick for 3 months now. If the brick cannot deliver my product in perfect condition please just return my money. ( oh by the way, they do not offer refunds. ) I will not be shopping here any longer!!! I would give you zero stars if possible. Garbage Service! Lets see how long this company will last!
