  The initial visit was promising however It took a total of 10 weeks before the installers came. The installers were not workers from BOFF but were contracted out. They DO NOT make the bed look finished. there are gaps between the wall and bed and the bed was not installed level. They did not deliver the handles upon delivery and missed some finishing details. They were eventually provided all the parts but getting them was painful. They continually blamed the delay on my wife for giving them too many phone numbers. We only gave two. They were rude and didn't want to accept any blame for any errors. I would not recommend using this Company.
