  Dear Dana, It was my first time I went to the Store at Blue Marine & Co at the Eaton Centre Mall today on the Boxing Day. I was completely Lost and didn't know from where I could get the best winter jacket for myself and then I met one of the best Sales Representative of my entire life Miss Dana. The kind of customer service she gave my was impeccable with her friendly demeanour and patience while analyzing my needs for the jacket I was looking for, she convinced me to get one of the best Winter jacket in Canada of brand The North Face about which I was not even aware till now. I trusted her service and she demonstrated me about the the jacket and the kind of knowledge she had made me believe in her choice of preference. I would also like to mention that this kind of service is well appreciated and the company should also consider promoting the employee like Dana and the company is lucky to have the employee like her.
