  Website was very easy to use and order place very quickly. Update: Unfortunately the flowers were sent from Ottawa to Montreal, they sat overnight (Got Frozen) and were delivered late the second day to the Ottawa Valley. I ordered same day delivery but did not get them on that day. Bloomex were quick to refund me $5 for the shipping difference. They also sent a gift basket to the value of the flowers since the original were frozen and wilted upon delivery. Would I recommend this service.....Yes if you have a specific long term delivery plan, but for same day service, I'd stay local. Update: gave them a second try and they failed! Flowers were frozen again. Communicating with the company this time was more difficult. They put an order to replace the order and I stated I did not want the flowers resent. I was given credit for the flowers but not the shipping. So I get to use the credit in the future and I get the pleasure of paying the shipping twice! STAY LOCAL!!
