  Buyer beware when renewing your contracts with best buy mobility. I spent roughly three hours with the lead mobile agent trying to upgrade my phone and I came out with a renewed contract and no phone upgrade. How did this happen-- simply because the lead mobile agent did not listen to what phone I wanted and even had the audacity to put the blame on me for not communicating properly with her (when in fact it was the first think I said when I first came in and many more instances during our conversation). I wasn't going to pay for the phone that I wanted so I returned the phone that she mistakenly processed and I came out pissed off.

  Went to buy headphones and the management here is dismal. I went to try B&Os but the power is broken so they can't be tested for sound. Moved on to Sennheisers but the headphones I selected were mislabelled and were actually not carried by the store anymore. So I picked another pair, but they were also mislabelled in price and had no sample available. The staff know nothing about what headphones are available, or the difference between the different models. Made my purchase on Amazon instead.
