I was approached right away in a non-aggressive manner and taken cared of very professionally. The sales rep went above and beyond to give me a deal on my phone and even threw in a free case. He made sure to answer all my questions clearly and was patient with me. The other sales reps were also very friendly. I have had some very bad experiences with Bell in the last 5 years as a customer, so I am pleasantly surprised. I will be back and will recommend this location to friends/family.
