  Bell has the absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every time I try calling Bell, I am always put on hold for at least 10 minutes (I've been on hold for 45 mins before). Every time a customer service representative is connected, they seem clueless as to how to help and would get impatient and rude. Even people at the Bell stores are rude and not helpful. When I spoke to the Bell manager at Eaton Centre, he was suppose to be helping with my problem but would constantly get distracted with other things and was no help at all. I would not recommend anyone getting any kind of Bell service.
