  I had a terrible terrible experience with Bell customer service in Fairview Mall in Toronto. Dishonest, rude and unprofessional supervisor. I had a Tablet plan which enabled me to make calls and text with apps when I used my phone's data. I changed the cellphone for which I needed to change the sim from micro to nano. The supervisor of that Bell counter said I had to bye a sim and I did. An associate installed it and did not work. She said it won't work unless I unlock my device that would cost me a lot again. I required talking to their supervisor. He was representing the worst customer service I had ever seen. He was unwilling to help or even explain. I said if you told me that I had to unlock it, I would have never buy a new sim. he kept saying he didn't want to "go through our previous conversation", which I believe was exactly his job and responsibility. we argued for an hour that was just frustrating and unsatisfactory! He was dishonest, disrespectful, impolite and unprofessional. eventually he fixed it for me. He was simply trying to make me unlock my device or go home and call 1800...
