I wish i could post screenshots of the convo or lack of convo ive had as it pertains to my most recent interaction with this company but i cant so i will simply say this: Completely unreliable amd unprofessional. Will keep you waiting and waiting Will ignore you directly and indirectly. Ive been here half a dozen times over the years only in emergency type situations and have seen and personally been thru many frustrations . Canceled appointments. Appointments scheduled and then you show up and have to wait hours to get your car in. Save yourself the headache and frustration. These guys are amateurs when it comes to proper business techniques and customer service. But if you dont mind the headache and aggravation then by all means go for it. As for me... I will never visit this shop again.
