  If I could give zero stars I would. This store is filthy and the owners are rude. I ordered a cake for my sons 3rd birthday and it was very disappointing. The ice cream was starting to get freezer burnt, the colored icing was bleeding into the white icing, and it didn't look like the cake I ordered from the picture in their catalogue. I'm sure it was made 1-2 weeks before I picked it up. Not to mention it cost 95 dollars!!! When I ordered the cake, the lady who took my order was pleasant, we discussed writing the "happy birthday" on the side, so it wouldn't take away from the paw patrol design on the top. When we went to pick it up, it wasn't written on and they flat out refused to write it on the side, stating that we didn't ask for it, when it was written on our order sheet!!! What kind of customer service is this? I will never visit this store again and I would encourage you to think twice before going in there. I am surprised they pass their food safety audits.

  Last year it was not great but now with the new management the place is running smoothly, friendly staff , great variety of flavors and great variety of ice cream cakes that are available. Will definitely come back again! I recommend everyone to come and try the new management staff.
