    Even thought the store was jam packed, the whole experience was pleasant from start to finish. Sergey was great with helping me to connect with the right person and made the whole experience stress free. Class A customer service

    I had my cellphone for repair. I called 2 hours in advance to make sure my replacement phone is ready to pick up or not. They confirmed it over the phone that my phone is ready for pick-up. I showed up 2 hours later. After spending 30 minutes in the store they told me they do not have my phone ready and I had to come back again when they tell me its ready! I asked him to ship the phone to my apartment if they think it is easy to show up every time they want me to show up. they told me they do not have that policy. I asked the manager ( Blaine Hinkson) to deliver it personally to my apartment or have someone else do it and he refused. basically they solution to the problem they made was me spending another 2 hours and show up at the store again!

    In starting when I started going there for services the staff was great and helpful. But now the staff is worst. I can understand few things but wasting 4 hours of your customers is not good! I was having issues with the battery of my iPhone so i called the customer service and they checked everything and run all kinds of tests for iPhone at the end they said that I have to visit Apple store nearby. Yorkdale one is near to my place so I visited there ... then they said that I have to order a battery which would take 2 weeks max and I will receive an email and the replacement will take 2 hours. But it took more than a month which is fine by me. After one month I got an email stating that I have to schedule an appointment for my replacement of the battery. I called no one received. After few hours I called again no one received so I dropped a message. Within few hours I got a call for fixing the appointment. I fixed a time for 4 pm on Saturday 17th March, 2018 and the staff said that the replacement will need 3 hours. Okay... FINE by me!! On Saturday we reached on time but the parking was full so it took 5-10 minutes to get a parking so we entered the store at 4:10 or so. We got a person Jason I guess and he said that the replacement will be done in 3 hours and 40 minutes... which is around 4 hours!! And guess what... why I took so much pain because they were accepting every walk ins!! If this had to be done then why I was calling and fixing my appointment time? Because of there issue I had to waste my 4 hours!! Not good!! When we were complaining about this to Jason he said that he can’t help us if we want we can schedule some other time the next day! Okay... are you serious? We canceled every plan of our weekend just for the battery replacement and now you are saying to ruin our Sunday too! Thinking to buy a new phone in few days to get rid of iPhone!! The customer service is the worst in store and on the phone!! They don’t know how to manage customers in the store! I was a huge fan of Apple products but I guess few person ruins your complete experience.
