  "Went for an oil change Dec 23 2017. The mechanic forgot to reset my oil life gauge to 100%. Had to go back Jan 3rd just to have it reset. Ron (service advisor) was great as he reset the gauge. Something the mechanic should have done when the oil change was done. I had to spend time and gas to go back and get it done. My first time there and I don't think I'd go back for service. Something as simple as reset the gauge, does not give me confidence in the mechanics there. What eles are the missing when getting car service there. I'd rather wait longer to get the job done right the first time then have the job rushed. I work tull time and had to take time off to get this done. Not impressed with the mechanics. Very impressed with Ron ( service advisor). Wish I had his last name in case there are two Ron's. My car is a 2012 Ford Edge White. I was there and happy to see Ron there. He came to my car and reset my gauge. Thank you Ron for your services as I feel you went above and beyond. Michael Honeychurch
