Worst Bath and Body Works location EVER! An employee named Serena was on her cell phone the whole time. When I asked her where a product was she pointed in a random direction and said "over there somewhere". She didn't even look up from her phone when she pointed. I never found the items I was looking for. I wanted anything Japanese Cherry Blossom. Ended up shopping at The Body Shop instead, they were way more helpful over there.
